Come celebrate being you as we explore the expressive art of Bellydance!
Bellydance lets us celebrate our bodies that come in all shapes, sizes, and represents an array of ages and cultural backgrounds. The movements will help stretch and tone your body, increase your stamina, body control, and help promote a confident body. It’s a low impact workout- get ready to sweat! This course is easy to follow, easy to retain, and high energy fun! No dance experience needed.
Items needed for class: Workout clothing, no shoes, and a scarf to wrap around your hips.
